If any dispute arise under these terms, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. Please lodge your dispute via email. We are here to give you best service.
Shopping City operates this website from Victoria, Australia. The laws of the State of Victoria govern these Terms and Conditions.
You may access our website from overseas. We are not selling & shipping to any country outside Australia.
Unless Shopping City is proven to have defaulted intentionally or through gross negligence, claims for damages or the rescission of the contract on grounds of late delivery is excluded. Shopping City’s total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these General Terms is limited to the purchase price.

PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You can place an order via create an account or as a guest.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us that We have received your order.
We will process your order, when we received the payment. If your order is available and address is deliverable, we will send you an email when we dispatched your order with tracking number. If there is an issue, we will contact you via provided information by you.
If you made a mistake or want to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and other details. If you email us after we dispatched your order, please send back us your parcel after our confirmation email. We will provide necessary information related return process.
CHANGE OF MIND/RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE
Refund will be back at the original way. Paid credit card, refund back to credit card. In all cases, please email us and we will advise if the product needs to be returned. We cannot refund to a different PayPal account or Credit card.
Change of Mind:
We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation on why they would like to return product and if the item is eligible for return.
For Change of Mind product must be in unopened and in its original packaging.
Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. Credit will not be given in this case.
We prefer that returns due to change of mind are done so at the customers arrangement.
If return label provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage and restocking fee of 15%
If return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%
If customer changes their mind before item is received and require action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%
All items that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as a Change of Mind returns including items Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed
Recalls: In the event of a recall, we will advise of the procedure.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.
The estimated delivery time frames are:
For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.
For any delivery delays please note that we always need to lodge an enquiry with our courier partner for investigation which can take up to 2 working days. If there is no update in 2 working days we will provide a resolution to you.
Delivery time only starts after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 -3 working day after we received the payment).
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee neither.
Due to ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases is appreciated.
The expected time delivery is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact us.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty.
All Claims need to be sent to us via email. To prevent unnecessary claim delays, please provide the following information in your email.
- Order Number
- Provide a brief explanation of fault.
- Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
- Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)
- Images/Video clearly showing goods in original packaging (if applicable)
Note: All images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size.
We will not provide credit/refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before submitting a claim to us.
We will advise on whether we will send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund or replace the product.
Missing or Damaged Parts under 12-month warranty:
If a single part is missing or damaged, please provide us using the instruction manual of what part is missing or is damaged and the quantity needed. If possible, please send us picture of it.
Once we receive the details of what is needed, we can issue for a part to be sent as soon as possible. We will send an email containing tracking information when it is available.
If no spare part is available, we will provide an alternative resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law
Price and Payment
The price for the Products shall be as shown on the Website.
All prices are in Australian Dollar and included GST.
We reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
We may provide promo codes and each promo code has own terms.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
